The benefits from the SEN membership are the following:
- Increased supply on the labour marked: some reports and observations revealed that once people with disabilities and disadvantaged are employed they become part of most loyal and motivated staff of the company. Thus the company gains highly motivated staff willing to improve their qualification and doing their best at the work place.
- Relief of tax burden: undoubtedly, the decrease of budget funds paid for unemployment dole will result in a decrease of the tax burden as well.
- Goods and services: The social employers' networks function as a forum for exchanging experience and ideas and providing fruitful business contacts. Advice, ideas and information exchanged in the network assist the managers in the implementation of the common policy for keeping the employees who have become disabled/disadvantaged during the course of work.
- Identification and exploitation of new competitive advantages: by identifying itself as a socially active employer the companies-members of SEN could use new competitive advantages as part of their marketing strategies.
