How it works

The network works as follows:

- Written correspondence and queries via email;
- Online forums;
- Website postings;
- Face to face meetings;
- Seminars and workshops for employers with topics they are interested in, by addressing the companies' needs and using guest expert lecturers. During these seminars employers are welcome to share their positive/negative practices in recruiting and retaining disadvantaged and disabled people. Members are also entitled to promote activities by making a short presentation of their services, products and policies.

Events

25-09-2009 European (Valorisation) Conference - Creativity and Innovation in Education, Training, and Employment This final valorisation conference will bring together a number of projects that support the employability of people with disabilities, disadvantaged groups within the society as well as minority groups. The conference will consist of a number of workshops, combined with a demo area where participants will be able to try out, obtain, and assess various outcomes of the projects present.
